A whole sale medicines distributor sold medicines medicines to retail medical shop, both having valid drug licence. Subsequently, the same retailer started another nursing home& new retail shop in another town without drug licence & the retailer himself has transferred some medicine to new shop. The wholesaler has no knowledge about this. But the drug inspector conducted search of new retail shop & sized the medicenes. The D.I. also visited the wholesale shop but did not found any any information. In reply to the notice, the wwholseller furnished copies sale bills& sale extract of ledger.Inspite of this, the D.I.filed case before the Dist.Magistre adding the wholesaler as one of the accused apart from new retailer & other wholesalers. As a matter of fact we have not effected any sales to new shop.Wholesaler filed vakalat thru his lawyer. Is the case filed by D.I.is valid& maintainable? Is here any case law in favour of wholesaler?

A. dear client you should file for quashing of FIR in the high court and the criminal proceedings against the whole seller, Also, File a Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Indian Constitution.

I really have problem with my husband's words. He always changes his words which are creating problems and also he makes me feel so much mental stress. He creates situations to argue and quarell with me and later he says he was not quarreling or arguing but just asking. He never talk about his issues regarding a particular thing at that moment. But raises the issue later and starts arguing for past things. And his parents always calls my mom and shout at her . I really don't like that. I am really feeling like mental torture. And I don't want to take this stress anymore. My husband gets hurt for every small thing and feels like if I get hurt u also should suffer that pain and creates problems. This nature and his character of changing thoughts makes me feel that I can't stay with him anymore. Please suggest me how to approach divorce . What's the best way I can get separated from him ?

A. Dear client kindly go through court and file complaint of domestic violence against in-law.

In this depression I worked for one year in a office 7 yrs back there I got close with a guy and used to chat through SMS one day my husband caught me and he beat me again and warned me I never talked with that guy but my husband is now blackmailing me he will easily get divorce on showing that SMS 7yrs back on adultery. Is this valid can my past adultery effect my case now he has stayed with me for 7yrs after knowing that . Only SMS record can prove adultery. I am not working can I get maintenance. He is saying u have done ur PG do job I will not give any maintenance. I was an informatics assistant (Computer operator) posted in sub registrar office Udaipur on dt. 23-05-2018. An application of duly stamp presented in the office of collector stamps on 28-03-2018. Collector stamps forwarded it to sub registrar on 24-04-2018. After site inspection by inspector, sub registrar valuation it and forwarded it to collector stamps on dt. 20-05-2018. Collector stamp pass an order of duly stamp on dt. 24-05-2018. Applicant deposited stamp duty through challen on dt. 01-06-2018. Document is pending in the office of collector stamps. Trap was organized on dt. 25-07-2018, complainant calls me and forced to meet, I recorded this voice call in my mobile. He give me rs. 50,000 under protest. Complainant not applicant, he is working in office of applicant. Applicant not involve in this matter. An fir was lodge against me u/s 7,13(1)(d), 13(2) of pc act. Charge sheet was filled against me on dt. 17-09-2018 without prosecution sanction but cognizance is pending. My appointing authority suspended me on dt. 07-08-2018. Basically it is a matter of stamp duty adjustment, after trap collector stamp dispatch this file to IG stamps for review, IG stamps wrote a letter to Principal secretary finance for guidance. PS found this judgment is wrong and order IG stamps for further proceeding. IG stamp ordered SR to file a review application for correction in judgment. I was not an employee posted in collector stamp’s office and not posted in SR office when file is pending in SR office. ACB not filled call records of applicant only file call records of complainant. From 4th june to 24th july, not a single call by me to complainant. ACB has no proof against me other than transcript. Involvement of free witness is in under suspect, ACB gives a letter to appointing office of free witness on 25-07-2018 but he receives letter on dt. 26-07-2018 (ACR create this after trap). Can I go for FIR quashing u/s 482.

This is to inform you that I stay in a housing society which does not have flat system but a chawl system with single rooms opposite to each other with a common passage in between. The society is occupied by majority commercial users and very few familes (approx. 7 out of 100 + members). I stay on the top floor (4th floor) and have 4 single rooms, 2 rooms on each side with a common passage in between. My neighbor has one room which he is using for commercial purpose and which is adjacent to one of my rooms. The said neighbor has installed an audio-video recording CCTV camera in the common passage outside my room premises capturing the view to the ingress of my house premises and also the common passage between my rooms without any no objection from myself. He is secretly picketing the approach to my house and keeping me under surveillance and monitoring the movements of me and my family members. When I talk from one room to the other room opposite or talk with any person in the common passage my conversations are getting recorded on the CCTV and when I go from one room to the other he is capturing my videos. I stay with my younger brother and am alone at home after he leaves for office in the morning approx. between 8:30-9:00 am and arrives at night. He has used this private CCTV camera to record my private and personal videos without my consent. Moreover, he has also spread the said videos and false rumors to other society members thereby outraging my modesty and self-respect and causing interference in my personal life. Further, he also threatened the other person in the video and made false and frivolous statements regarding me. The said incident took place behind my back and would have remained suppressed if the other person in the video would not have told me after few months. In order to prevent further misuse of the said CCTV camera and protect my privacy, I just tried temporarily hanging a black polythene bag on a string at some distance refraining him to capture my personal and private videos after his office getting closed. However, I was shocked to hear for which he has been falsely lodging several police complaints. For one week, I have been repeatedly called to visit Azad Maidan Police Station inspite of me already having lodged the complaint first in regards with the misuse of the said private CCTV camera. Moreover on 23rd January 2018, around 9:15-9:30 am approx. when I was alone at home my neighbor arrived at his office and removed and took away my bag. When I requested him to please give the bag to me, he refused, got angry and became violent with me by manhandling and hurting me injuring my leg and hands. While I first went to the nearest police station and the hospital for treatment, he went to the Azad maidan police station first and lodged a false complaint against me inspite of me being innocent. I have also been time and again threatened and abused of dire consequences by him whenever I have been alone at home. He has previous enmity with me and is preparing for a criminal offence against me.
