He restricted her to go anywhere. I have to ask for money every time. And today He refused to give money because my mother asked him about a woman who is working at his place from a few days. He is short tempered and very abusive. What should I do?

HI, my husband had referred a person for an opening, but unfortunately that was a fraud visa gave who got caught . It has been 1 year since this issue happened. There is FIR filed against that guy and case is going on. There is no money transaction that happened with us, it was just a referral. But now the guy has given a police complaint on August 16th ,that we have to pay him the money and police called and got it signed from my husband that he will repay it by Oct 4th. how do we get out of this issue?

A. Get it cancelled through Court by issuing directions. Statement or acknowledgement given before the police is not carrying full substantial value in the Court. Your complete documents need to be gone through.

Isbit possible to get a bail 14 days of detention in police custody for a person who is accused under 376/511?

A. On seeing the gravity of offence and the period of detention in police custody, it seems very unlikely to get bail here. However, on the lapse of some more days, and utilisation of skill by the lawyer, it may be possible afterwards.

Now two biswa land i want to sell himself using the road he made but he is not abling to do this. he has no legal documents or any signed document or any cheque to prove that i have sale to him. but he has plotted before me so he is going to close the road which he has made in my plots. what are the legal prospects for that

A. Dear client,
If such property dealer has no documents or contract or any agreement that you have allowed him to do plotting but just to sell that land individually, then if any way there is no way out to access from your rest land then you may fight and obstruct or file a suit against him as has no documents to proove for sell. Sorry to advise you that you may even opt to file a criminal suit against him for selling your land and forcing you to sell your rest land, he sold without your permissi ...ReadMore
