I have send 4 insured speed post parcels from Ranchi r.m.s post office last year.. All 4 parcels were send on 4 different dates to 4 different cities.. But My post office declared that all 4 parcels are lost.. Total value of all 4 parcels are Rs43825/-.. But i did insurance of Rs 3500/-.. Now post willing to pay me only Rs 3500/- plus speed post charges.. Total Rs 4116/- India Post paying me as compenation which i have refused to accept.. I accept that it was my mistake that i made less value insurance, but no one guided me about insurance in booing counter counter.. All i never thought that parcels get stolen from govt organisation.. I did whatever insurance just because for extra safety & fast delivery.. How come all 4 parcels lost?? Isn't it a grave departmental corruption??? Then i filed a petition in Ranchi District Consumer Forum on 23/01/2019 but unfortunately my petition not yet admitted as there is no judge for more than 1 year now... I am still waiting for justice i deserve... Finally i wrote a letter about my grievance to hon,ble chief justice of India.. I had send him a copy of petition pending in consumer court along with my letter begging him for justice as justice is getting delayed as there is no judge in consumer court... I begged him to kindly my case & transfer in Jharkhand State Consumer Court or Any other higher court... LAST WEEK I GOT A MESAAGE FROM HON'BLE SUPREME COURT THAT MY GRIEVANCS HAS BEEN REGISTERED & I HAVE BEEN GIVEN A DIARY NUMBER.. MY LETTER IS NOW PIL ( E ).. 1) What does PIL ( E) mean? 2) Who has turned my letter into PIL? Is it hon'ble chief justice or registrar or any other judge? 3) Status says UNDER PROCESS? What does it means? 4) Who will look into my PIL? Is it hon'ble chief justice or any other judge? 5) Will hon'ble supreme court hear my petition or transfer my perition from District forum to State forum? 6) Will be i granted any compensation by hon'ble supreme court?

I borrowed money from a money lender in March 2015. It was 1.0 lac. He took 2 cheques of 50 thousand each from me plus two blank cheques. I replayed all the money to him with 10 percent monthly interest on the amount in April 2015. But when returning money I requested him to give back my 4 cheques to me but he said that he only have 2 cheques of 50k each and no other cheques are with him. I requested him that 2 blank cheques are also given to him but he lied that he doesn't have them. I understood his intentions so the very next day I called him and recorded the call and again requested for those two blank cheques to be returned but he again refused to accept that he have it. So I asked him to give him in writing that he has received the amount and he doesn't have any cheques with him. But as he had malafide intention he refused that. So I asked him that he should accept it that he has got his money back and nothing is left to be paid by me . He accepted that on call . He accepted that no dues are left. I saved that recording. After few months he bounced those cheques by filling 2 lac and 2.5 lac in those two cheques. I got legal notice in October 2015 for the same. I engaged the advocate and told him about the recording and full matter. He answered the legal notice by sending the reply to the complainant as well as his advocate by mentioning about the evidence of recorded call . After our reply we didn't get any reply from their side. Now after 4 years i.e today i got to know from my friend that policeman has come to serve you summon for cheque bounce case. i don't live on my old address. So my friend got the photo clicked of the summon and returned the policeman as I wasn't a resident of the address in court record. The summon was of that false case only. I am very much depressed that I have paid penny penny of him still he is harassing me by filling false case of cheque bounce. I need help regarding this. Please help me how to defend the case as I have evidence of call recording and already served notice to him also about the same 4 years back. So please guide. Why after 4 years court has summoned me. Is there no time limit to summon accused. Please help.

A. Have you paid back in cash or any other way. If you can produce that on record in the case then you can get the case disposed

I bought my flat in 2013 in Greater Noida from Ansal API. I was promised possession of the property within 3 and a half years. It's been a little over 6 years and we've neither received updates regarding developments, nor have we received a proper deadline. We want the interest on our flat refunded to us. Please suggest the best course of action or any other possible avenues I can take.

A. You can approach RERA and file the complaint before AO.

I was recently lured in stock market trading in futures and options. Person on the other end called me many times to convince me. Tall promises were made of returns however an investment of approx 2 lacs was lost due to poor knowledge by the trader. My login credentials was taken to trade. Evidence of calls and WhatsApp messages are available. How can this be litigated?

A. File a complaint to IGRP "Investor Grievance Redressesal Panel"

Last year all contract lectures were removed from their duties from several Government Polytechnic colleges. No written order was issued to us for that and before that we had been asked to work without sign on attendance register for two months. We joined the college after interview, held according to published advertisement. There are no surplus contract lectures too. What should be done?

A. It looks like a play to me.
The college wanted no evidence and as such did not want you to sign on the registers.
However, filing a writ petition is the best way to go about this query.
Thanks
