A. If the security is not paid by owner then you have to get issued legal notice demanding refund of security amount and if owner does not comply with the notice and donot refund security then you shall have to file suit for recovery in court. As such no case of 420 us made out.

A. Ragging is a serious crime in India and as this is cognisable serious offence police will take immediate legal action against the culprits. In such an incidence, there is no need for any eyewitness. The statement of the victim is considered while registering an offence.

A. Dear Sir,
Normally, money can be recovered and suit can be filed only within 3 years from the date of last transaction. You must make something to continue the cause of action. You must get admissions from the borrower to file a civil suit.
