A. Dear Sir,
Normally, such original is not necessary but for their safeguard and the bankers may insist for such document your prospective buyer might have asked you to furnish such document. If it was registered one then get a copy of sale agreement from the office of Sub-Registrar.

A. Dear Sir,
You have to dig into the issue and threaten your wife and her first husband and her parents to lodge a complaint for hiding the background of earlier marriage.

A. Dear Sir,
During your lifetime she cannot get any share in your self acquired properties. You may write a Will that after your death all properties shall go your wife and other child excluding your daughter.

A. Dear Client
You need to understand your scenario in this manner.
Since your father had bought the land hence it was his self acquired property and he could do whatever he wanted with his property and thus he registering the 10 cents in your elder brother's name was right and legal.
In absence of any will or testamentary document your father is said to have died "intestate" and in that case the remaining land of 23 cents becomes "ancestral property" and every legal heir will have right in that ...ReadMore

A. Dear Client
you can certainly move legally against them and you can start with by sending a legal notice to them followed by filing a case in the court/forum seeking an order in your favour with compensation.

A. Dear Client
Sending a legal notice is not barred by any law but then you have to figure out that what they have asked you to do in the legal notice whether that is legal or not. As far as bond is concerned there are fragmented opinion on this, meaning some consider this as legal and some as illegal so, it has to be seen from case to case basis.

A. To give opinion, it is necessary to know whether that Family settlement Deed as per the clause specified therein will become effective from the date of registration or after your death. You are entitled to transfer in registered manner your self acquired property to any person of your choice and your children cannot be entitled to prevent you in this regard but if they will come to know of this fact after your death, then they may try to file litigation for its cancellation alleging that your s ...ReadMore

A. If your mother during her lifetime does not execute proper transfer deed in registered manner in respect of her undivided one-sixth share, then that property share after her death will devolve upon her husband and children.
