A. Dear Sir,
You may approach police as well as a suit for eviction or to recover possession. You must say that Rs. 50,000/- was adjusted towards 3 years rent and he is over staying.

A. Hi,
If someone does not want to marry you, you cannot force them to. Filing a case against him would serve no purpose other than to damage his life. If he is forced to compromise because of the threat of a Court case and has to marry you, you can be sure he will resent you for the rest of his life.
I'd advise you to move past this and seek happiness elsewhere.

A. Hi,
I'd recommend that you get all the relevant documents in order i.e. the order details, invoices, transport permits and inventory log before approaching the police. The police will then inform you how to go about it, but if they refuse, you shall have to approach the Court with a petition to release the items.

A. Hi,
Since the registration is not yet complete you are the owner of the flat. You can send him a legal notice and ask for the cancellation of the sale agreement as per the conditions signed by both the parties in the original agreement.

Send them legal notice through an advocate to the car 24 and telling them to transfer on their name and gave 10 days time. if they fail in registration .then file a written complaint in concern police station and police filed an FIR UNDER SECTION 420 AND BREACH OF TRUST....FIRSTLY U HIRED AN ADVOCATE .HE WILL HELP U OUT FROM THIS CONDITION ...other wise u will face serious consequences.

A. Hi,
If your spouse and you are in the middle of separation proceedings, then the Guardians and Wards Act provides that children above 9 years must be heard when it comes to their preference of where to stay. However, if you are not separating, then the child is under your guardianship till she is 18 years old, and you may take a decision of your choice which you believe is in her best interests.

A. Firstly, you issue public notice calling for objections if any for purchase of said home.
Obtain Family Tree / Genealogy of the deceased and also the title flow from his vendors and check whether it is clear.
Check for any encumbrances on the property i.e., with banks or financial institutions etc.
Consent of Grand Daughter E is not required.

A. Alongwith the above documents, you need to submit the proof of your relationship with your ancestor from whom you are claiming title viz., succession / legal heir certificate and obtain mutation of your name.
