A. If the purpose of acquiring the land is for benefit of general public, you cannot object for it.
If the property is your own, then the Department i.e., Nagar Pallika has to pay compensation for acquiring your land and thereafter, carry out the activity. If there exists alternate land / option, then you can move High Court seeking direction from court against Nagar Pallika to go for second option leaving your land and trees untouched.

A. You need to convince the Bank / Financial Institution with regard to additional one room and make application accordingly, if the lender is convinced, you will get loan on total structure, but if it is not convinced, you will get loan on approved sanction plan of 2bhk only.

A. Alongwith the above documents, you need to submit the proof of your relationship with your ancestor from whom you are claiming title viz., succession / legal heir certificate and obtain mutation of your name.

A. Lodge police complaint under cyber crime, by furnishing the details of login ID, IP Address and also the said agreement signed by you and them.
A company losing Rs.5,000,00/- will not ask for just Rs.8,000/- if it is a genuine company, as such, immediately lodge police complaint with above material.

A. Check the correctness of your position i.e., about illegal construction made by him. Take photos of the same, lodge complaint with concerned municipality alongwith his higher officials. If no action is taken, then file writ petition in the High Court seeking direction against the erring officials for demolition of the said illegal construction.

A. Since substantial amount has been paid by your vendee. Check with him about the completion of the sale.
If he is not traceable / not willing to complete the sale for what ever reason, then issue notice to him cancelling the Agreement and offer to refund him the advance after deducting cancellation charges @ 10% and offer to return the same to him by stipulating the time. Failing which, you can go ahead with your option to sell the same to another person.

A. If your basic amenities are disturbed, them immediately take photos of the same and lodge police complaint against the erring persons, make sure that, you clear all bills as and when they are due.
They cannot evict you without following due process of law, and that, you pay all the rent as on date, if any month's rent is due, send it through Check / Money order etc., so that, you are not projected as defaulter.

A. 1) No Village Secretary is not authorized to issue mutation / letter directly without approval of Tahsildar.
2) Person seeking mutation of his / her name needs to submit the proofs based on which he / she is seeking the mutation by filing the relevant application / forms so as to carry out mutation proceedings by Tahsildar.
Upon verifying and if the details / documents are found to be correct, the mutation will be effected.

A. Hi,
The completion certificate is mandatory as it validates the structure of the building. You can give the lease after the completion certificate is issued.

A. Hi

File a complaint to the Local Police station of your area and also file an online complaint to the National Cyber Crime Report Portal (Ministry of Home Affairs).

If Police denied for the same then send your complaint to DCP/SP of the area, the local police station falls and if DCP/SP does not take action then file an application to the Ilaka magistrate under the provision of 156(3) of CrPC.
