A. The LAST OPTION is best -- my options that my money is not blocked and so u don't have to keep on chasing my landlord for my money. Instead tell him I DON'T HAVE ANY MORE MONEY , give him three months notice, so that you wont pay him for next three months and ur security money would be adjusted against that deposit... Ur landlord is very miser person.. be careful... getting money from him is not an easy task...

A. Yes, immediately we can take action against credit card recovery agency for sending bogus email. Also as per RBI recovery agency are NOT allowed to harass the clients for non-payment of dues..... You can sue them in court... Discuss in more detail & there is a way to make them bind all the legal obligations & they will have to follow the RBI- regulatory rules..

You must have documents for making payment to builder, if yes or not, in both case issue him a letter from your side stating all, if not giving reply, then make issue a legal notice, if not paying, file consumer case against him

1) But in practical practice it is done by the upper floor only as it is leaking from his house into your house and if the repair estimates is Say Rs. 50,000/- (normal) or Rs.70,000/- (With good Tiles/ Fittings Etc.) then it may be of the very costly material which he will be putting on his floor bathroom and so the below fellow will not be benefiting on the same as the person staying below is only concerned about the leakage in his house ……
