Try to contact the head of the department. If they do not respond, send a legal notice. If that does not work you need to contact an advocate and decide for filing a civil suit against them.

Yes you can get the custody of child, in mutual divorce case parties can decide the custody of the child. But that should be clearly provided in the consent terms so that growth of child and needs do not get impacted.

It is a very weak case for her since towards the family expenses she has contributed such amounts into your account it may be fall within the definition of dowry. However if any false FIR is registered against you then get anticipatory bail first, then approach High Court for stay of investigation and quashing of FIR.
