I am working in a company and have resigned on December 20th stating that my last day would be 17th Jan. As per company policy I can either serve the notice or buy out the remaining notice that I can't serve. But my company is forcing me to serve my notice. How should I proceed in this case as I am relocating so I will not be able to extend my stay in the company.

A. Dear Sir,
You may just skip the remaining part of notice period and may join new company they cannot do anything against you.

Sir, on October, 14, 2019 My Aunt (mother's sister) was brutally Murdered by her husband who is a drunkerd, Doesn't work and flirts with women very bad manner. My Aunt who is a mother of three (the younger one is not even a year old) begged him to change his behaviour on many occasions but he didn't. And then on one day when nobody wad home he smashed her face with small cooking cylinder and then with a big wooden pestal and smashed her head to a wall (as told by an eye witness her own daughter who is 6-7 years old). He was arrested the same day but yesterday i saw him roaming in his village. How did this happen. Will he go back to jail or no.. he is a psychopath and we are frightened.. please tell us what to do...

A. Dear Sir,
You may approach the concerned police or public prosecutor who is the State Advocate for complainant. If police fail to file charge sheet within prescribed period then Court will release the accused on bail.

I had filed a complaint in CMO and PMO Portal regarding a traffic challan received by me which was wrong. And in that portal for reference, I had attached a Photo Cutting from Newspaper proving my point that people do get the wrong memo and I had questioned them regarding the redressal mechanism. Yesterday they sent me a letter to be present in front of P.I. and when I met him today he cancelled my memo but the cutting which was from a newspaper he told that it was morphed image which I didn't know, and I also don't know that person of photo cutting, now P.I. is sort of threatening me to make me accuse with that person and Newspaper, I wasn't aware of any such thing and I only had questioned CMO and PMO, I had no other intention. He told me that he will call me again, I am feeling quite tensed and in fear, for doing good I am paying price? Please guide me.

A. Don't warry sir it's rights way for you if police station or p I try to Harassment then go to the court

I am from Palakkad, Kerala but lived in Mumbai for the last 35-40 years and presently staying in Tamil Nadu on a rented premises. However, after retirement I wanted to come back and settle in Palakkad, Kerala. I located a place/land of about 3.5 cents through one of my old friends so that I can construct a small house. Of course I don't know all the latest rules in Kerala regarding the land etc., I obtained all relevant documents in respect of the said land. I contacted a lawyer who is dealing in land / property registration formalities and informed him about my intention to construct a house and handed over all the copies of the documents to find out the suitability of constructing a house in the said plot. He advised me to come on the next day to enable him to study the papers. Accordingly, on the next day he informed me that since the property is marked as "NELAM" (agricultural land) getting immediate permission for construction of house is not possible. However, he assured that there will not be any problem if I were to submit some applications and paying some fees, the permission can be obtained within a period of 3-4 months. He also advised me to go ahead and register the plot immediately. Accordingly, trusting the advocate I went ahead registered the said plot in 2015 through the said advocate himself. However, later on I came to know that this particular plot of land is coming under the Data Bank (agricultural land) and permission is not granted for construction of house in that plot of land. My query, therefore, is, how can an advocate, misguide his client despite knowing (after studying the materials given to him) that the place is "Nelam" (agricultural land) and also fully knowing the local legal implications and advise the client to register the plot? Is he not legally and ethically bound to advice his client the exact position that as per the present situation it will be impossible to get a permission to construct a house? Be that as it may, considering the above, what are the avenues left for me to get a permission? Am I in a position to file a complaint / case against the said advocate either in a court or with the Bar Council? I assure you that your reply will be kept as utmost confidential and this query is just to know my legal position in the matter as I already locked a considerable amount in that unproductive property. I am now 65 and this money was hard earned one after struggling for more than 40 years by being away from native place. Your early reply will be highly appreciated.

A. If adv given search report if yes then . It's mistake of adv but you can't file complaint against the adv you can file case against the privous plot owner for cheating under section 420

Isbit possible to get a bail 14 days of detention in police custody for a person who is accused under 376/511?

A. On seeing the gravity of offence and the period of detention in police custody, it seems very unlikely to get bail here. However, on the lapse of some more days, and utilisation of skill by the lawyer, it may be possible afterwards.
