Mutual devorce how much time taken for order and the cost
Share this questionShare Icon

A. This six months period can be waived by concerned family Court upon filing an Application for waiver of six months. Family Court has discretion to waive of the period. Thus, time period of six months can be waived off and may be reduced to as less as 15 days or a month or so. after six months period or after waiver of six months, if parties have been unable to resolve their differences, they will have to appear in the Court again. Statement of parties would be recorded again. During the period of six months i.e. before moving second motion, both parties have liberty to withdraw their consent for divorce. After this Court passes an order dissolving the marriage by granting decree of divorce and thereby marriage stands dissolved.

Dear Sir-I stay in a housing society. A tenant residing on top floor of my building has thrown a water bottle and damaged my balcony shed. When I informed this to the owner, the tenant instead of apologizing, this time threw heavy stones and damaged my shed a second time. Tenant is refusing to pay for the damage. The owner is not taking any action against the tenant. I gave written complaint in society office but they have done nothing. Tenant’s daughter had earlier defecated outside the common lift but society didn’t take any action then too. Our society’s AGM is tomorrow. What action I need to take and against whom to ensure I can recover the damage costs?

A. As per the mandate of Section 27, any terms and conditions of an agreement which directly or indirectly compels the employee to serve the employer or puts a restriction on them joining the competitor or other employer is not valid under the Indian law, The employee has right to resign from the employment even if he has agreed in the employment bond to serve the employer for a specific period of time.

I am planning to buy a property. It has a loan from the bank so the property title deeds are with the bank. Can I complete the registration first so that my (buyers)bank can repay the sellers banks loan and collect the title deeds. Is it possible to register a mortgaged property ? We (buyers) have applied for a loan but the bank needs the property to be registered first before they clear the sellers loan.
