V r four brother n three sisters. V 4 brother purchased a three storeyed house built in 75 gaj in 2006 on the name if mother. Mother passed away 6 yrs back. All sisters were married outside delhi. Three brother r living floorwise but i hv only one room locked on first floor. From last 4 yrs three of them quarreling on all kinds of issue n not able to sort the proper divisionto get best deal for them. I m living in separate house ten years back. One year back my room is tried to possess by 3 rd brother family n i called police n registered a complain while half of my old goods were also stolen. Police did not FIR n told us to go to court. What action can i take to safegaurd my portion as going to court never resolve issue wasting time n money. None of brother is agreed to one solution.

A. Give a Legal Notice to them demanding your share, basing on the response from them approach court for remedy by filing Partition Suit

Namaskaram, High Court of AP granted 4 weeks of Stay order on construction of government building in private property. But the respondent is still involving in construction works which is against the court orders. We request you to kindly suggest how to take pictures which can be produced as evidence of Contempt of High Court order. My advocate suggested ensure to capture the data along the picture. Kindly suggest the standard way of capturing the picture or video so that I can submit as evidence.

My child is 2 months old . My wife who is a complete house wife but don't seems to assist in household work and also not satisfied with my earnings and often abuses me by my mother in law. She also breaches the privacy of husband and wife. I cannot bear this further and want to be separated in any circumstances. Can I get custody of my child ? How can I get a separation ?

A. First you should give a legal notice through lawyer, then basing on the reply from other side you may approach court for remedy. You may ask child custody, but most of the cases mother is getting rights for child custody, being she is a natural guardian. If child wish to live with you, then only you may get rights

My father passed away recently.... He took a small land of 500 sqr ft in one of the slum.... Now how can I sell it ? Succession heir certificate is compulsory ?

A. You apply for EC from Sub-Registrar's office or through E-seva or Mee-seva centres, it will clarify it is on whose name and please check is there any unregistered agreement.
