It is allowed to approach high court for mediation when it is already going on in lower court.CanI sent a notice to not have mediation in Allahabad 2. The car was in uber. so it was commercial. but another person with a private driving license was driving it and he hit the car. so a case is going on and there is a problem in claiming the insaurance. because he has an LMV license but not an LMV Cab one. however, I read an article that supreme court ordered that this is possible. the order was done on July 2017 by a 3 bench judge sitting. Dear sir, My father has his paternal property, some people trying to abduct the land on the basis of power and money. Though we have complaints against in police but police is bribed by those people because of that my father filed case in court. After getting the court verdict in favour of us, whenever we try to plough our field police comes without any paper and permission and halt our work. Since it's not good to clash with police officials so we halt our activities and sits in those people homes sometimes in drunk mode came to our field this same thing is happening from last 2 years. We have all papers in our favour but still not able to do anything. Please suggest some measures with the help of which we able to get back our land again. Thanks

Brief : My wife’s family owned a single house in her father’s name (self-made property) and the same was demolished and flat constructed. Her father has two daughters and a son. Both parents are no more and they did not leave any will. Each of them have a major child. My wife and her sister do not want to insist on their share and prefer to leave it for their brother. I want to purchase two flats in the complex from my brother in law (my wife’s brother). In this regard request your clarification on the following 1) Should I get a letter from the brother and the sister stating that they have no claim on their share of the property that is proposed to be purchased by me. 2) Do the grand children have a claim on the property when the parents are alive ? 3) Should I get a letter from the grand children also stating that they have no claim on the property ? 4) My understanding is that grand children have claim on the share only in the absence of the parents and not otherwise. Is this right.

A. Dear Mam, In a broad sense no you cannot get it as it will be breach of privacy. You need to submit an application to Court stating his income from the job. If you know the name of the employer then that can be stated as well. If he denies, then records can be summonned by court.
