A. Dear Sir/Mam, If the land in question is extra property not being utiulised for the purposes of school activities and is no where related to effect the education, then it can be done. If in any other case, they try to sell, then a stay order has to be taken from Court.

someone has my audio call recording in which i accepted my crime.....suppose that recording is sent to forensic lab and proved that voice is mine....even then can i deny that voice is not mine and its a mimicry......(actually recording is not sent ....i m asking in advance.)....and what is the importance of audio call recording in court of law - important or secondary evidence???

A. Dear Sir/Mam, You may deny the same but the sourt will be inclined to take the same on record. There would be other ways to prove the same. If there are strong primary evidence which can prove your guilt then the same will be a secondary evidence but of there are weak primary ebidences then the audio call recrodring will play the role of primary evidence. The report of the foresnic lab will form the base of the judgment along with circumstancial evidences.

Hi 1. I have purchased a flat in my mother's and my name. My mother's name is first and my name is second. All initial payment and other expenses done by me. Bank loan emi is being paid by me regularly. Can my mother or her legal hire claim on my property in future? At present my mother is ready to sign on any documents. 2. Similarly I have form LLP company my mother and myself are director of the company. Please advise in the matter.

A. Dear Sir/Mam, No transfer can be legally done, till the last EMI has been paid and NOC certificate received from bank. Post that, a gift deed can be executed in your favor. In relation to LLP, there are different types of parteners like designated partners, sleeping partners etc. You have not asked any query in relation to LLP. You have just stated that you are a director of a LLP woth your mother.

A healing workshop was scheduled at Goa, India. During that workshop as a part of one on one healing session, a video was shot of a friend when she got a good result and when her fear/phobia was released. The video was requested not to be put on the healer's website. However, despite telling him so, he went ahead and circulated the video shot and also have put it on his website. When we wrote to him stating that this is illegal and unethical & told to remove the video, he blurred the face but still did remove it. This is a breach of privacy. Is this the case eligible for filing complaint u/ cyberlaw? Can a demand of claim be put & achieved against the person who is a UK national? and what is the procedure? PS:- The healer is scheduled to visit India in September.

A. Dear Sir/Mam, Your matter requires a lot of research and references. There would be involvement of UK laws as you have mentioned that he is an UK national. You are therefore requested to take a proper consultation for your query.

Hello Sir, This is to inform you that I have nearly 15 lakhs outstanding in my credit card and I have paid up-to-date all dues. But, currently I am not able to pay dues on time for some time. I need some time to pay the dues. What is your opinion about this or is there any other way to reduce my EMI amount. So, that I can able to pay on time if the EMI amount is less. Please reply.

A. Dear Sir/Mam, The way to reduce this would be to contact the bank for this purpose.

Any Advocates in friends list? Need one opinion....... here at my BRO unit (2500KM away from my home) a corrupt SE civil, officer has played dirty games. It is worst kind of office politics to prevent me from the engg works. He refused to give my entitled office (for Gp-B officer) and any duties for last 13 months...I have represented many times about it up to Defense secretary and PM... but no response from any. I am sitting at my mess room idle just signing attendance register. Once I declared in writing that till duties allotted, I won't sign and didn't sign for3 days... that duration was also taken as absent and I had to resume signing attendance register.. In Oct 2017, I met him as per some colleagues' advise asked for some duties as per my position held, he used unparliamentary language and I have to come out after he made big hue and cry. It was made as threatening of him and recorded as unparliamentary language used... the CE is covering up him. He ordered CoI, I cleared my position through clear written replies in Nov Dec 2017... When gone on leave recording these , he issued deserter roll... I am unable to contribute as well as unable to manage his lies and wantonly making stresses... Now a DE is ordered under rule-14, with all lies...on the basis of the SE civil s lies...by less than my Appointing Authority CE. And I am troubled...while prevented from my duties all these months. I want to contest it countering their evil design... How can I take it? Any legal way?

Can you please advise? Also, I have got to know the price of the land will increase in 6 months time due to new road construction. So if I want to cancel the agreement what should I do?
