A. Just file cheque bounce case under NIact 138 . Otherwise u can file money suit at cvil court... It's a froud case so filein ipc420 at criminal court,,,,but remember u can decide within 90 days

You can file a complaint in the nearest police station you stay foe registering an offence against your in laws for commission of offence u/s 498- A of ipc. Simulataneously you can file proceedings for divorce and child custody in the family court. And also file a case under the domestic violence act in the nearest mm court wherein u can also claim for maintenance. For further query you may please contact me.
