The government of india has invoked disaster management act and as such certain fundamental rights pertaining to travel has been suspended.
So if at all you have any necessity , you can obtain travel passes from your police station who in turn will grant you passes for inter-district travel. Courts have said clearly that if there is any emergency, citizens can obtain permission from police and travel.

A. Hi Govindraji,
You simply send a letter or E-mail seeking an extension of time for a personal appearance in order to comply with the lockdown.
If they fail to adhere the same, you may file a writ petition.

Speaking medically, yes it is very much possible to find evidence of sexual assault even after 20 days within the meaning of Section 377 IPC if the person assaulted against is not habitual of anal intercourse . A. To be direct, your lawyer is not doing a great job if you are informing him about the acts of not letting you access the electric meter and not allowing you to have a thorough way.
Please ask your lawyer to file an application in the court to allow you to access your electricity meter to get it repaired and restrain the other party from creating any hindrance during the process and if the way is common to restrain the other party from hindering you to access of the way.

A. You can tell them to go with the decision they wanted to make but you don't resign. As you have good performance track record and didn't engaged in any breaches of employment agreement then nothing can be done in arbitrary manner.
If any such termination (rare) taken then you can definitely have merit in your case.

A. Hi You can claim return of security deposit given the fact that
1) You have not taken possession of the property as the lease was to commence from April1, 2020.
2) The security deposit is refundable as you have entered possession of the building and
3) The six month lock in period will not be applicable in your case.
