A. Dear client
After getting through duly registered gift deed this becomes your self acquired property and you can deal with this as per your wish. you have complete ownership and right over this. Succession law will not affect as your father has gifted it during his life time .

icon Divorce

Kindly advice :- if a husband wants to take divorce from his wife (not mutual), is there any fast-track way in the books of law ? And is there any way, so that the wife can be sent to her relatives ho

A. Dear Client
Your problem is not divorce but get rid of your wife as soon as possible, If she is not agreeing for divorce then you have face the court . You have not mentioned your marriage period. If she file case against you then you have to face the consequences. As a human being I advise you to sit together or with elders and resolve the issues.

icon Cheques bounced

I received 30 cheques against the cancellation of my property booking. 1st cheque cleared in Feb 2020. But after that 6 cheques are bounced due to insufficient funds in their account.

A. Actively deal in cheque bounce/ 138 NI Act cases.
First step is Legal Notice, it is mandatory. Need to know the date of bouncing cheques. The legal notice is to be sent within 30 days, but due to Corona, there has been extension of that deadline from 15th March.

Need to know details so we can figure out the solution.

Adv Shreesh Chadha
