A. Hello Sir
This is not a valid ground to call the case of 498A invalid. You have to find much stronger ground to file a petition under section 482 of CrPC to qaush the criminal proceedings against you in the case of 498A. You'll have to first gather evidence that states that the case filed by your wife is false.

A. You and your sisters and brother are firstly required to get the property mutated in their name and thereafter to give GPA or SPA in your favour authorising you to maje sale if property in question. You can take GPA of your sisters and brothers for getting the property mutated.

A. Details are required to be examined. However, contractual obligations remain in force even if salary was not paid by employer. You have to act in accordance with law. Under the given circumstances ypu have no other option but to sent reply to the notice sent by employer.

A. Dear Sir,
You can try in both the streets and more possibly you will get such certificate for Gujurat case since for last three years you seems to be residing in Gujurat State. You have to produce three years annual incomes to the concerned officer.

A. Dear Sir,
Average of the three years will be taken to come to a conclusion as to whether such families income is less than 8 Lakhs per annum. If it is so then only the children will be OBC non creamy layer certificate.

A. Dear Sir,
It cannot be filed and even if filed it may be transferred to Delhi by the concerned High Court for want of jurisdiction. Normally, the family cases will have to be filed where wife’s resides or in other cases where immovable property situates.
