A. This happens.
Ask court orders for phone records from mobile company.
First get him declared absconding from court.
After that there are 2 scenarios
If he not left India then his passport and travel can be hold after court declares him absconding.
Same orders will be sent to US embassy as well.
If he left India then its almost impossible to bring back.
But can be arrested after landing back in India.

A. First of all revealing details to police and court is not offence.
But their lawyer have to submit copies of your previous case and there was no need of newspaper.

A. No. You are not liable to pay any rent as you had acted bonafidely and there was anything wrong then that was on the part of builder only. As such you were not on fault. So fault of builder you should not be liable to be penalised.

A. Depending upon facts of case you can file defamation case both civil and criminal. In civil defamation case you can claim damages also. You should wait till the period of appeal get expired and only thereafter you should proceed for filing defamation cases.

A. Mutual Divorce petition is most important document.
Every care should be taken in drafting it to avoid issues later.
You can not get mutual divorce without deciding on child custody.
child custody as per mutual divorce agreement becomes final and can not be changed/challenged later.

Agricultural income is defined under section 2(1A) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Agricultural income is wholly exempt from tax provided that the individual's i) total agricultural income is less than Rs. 5,000 and ii) the total income, excluding agricultural income, is less than the basic exemption limit.

A. Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and call upon the builder to facilitate that your daughter-in-law get her single name register. Usually, death certificate of the deceased and NOC from parents and siblings of the deceased are sufficient.
