icon LEGAL ADVICE AND SUGGESTIONS FOR RE-START PEACEFUL LIFE

I want to leave my family and wife stay way from all my entire family. without any contact and communication from them to start new life simply as a monk/alone peacefully. Can you please suggest me re

A. Hi,
If you've contemplated separating from your family to become an ascetic, you can sign a document declaring (formal declaration) all of the above, as well as the fact that you have no other commitments or familial concerns that bind you to the family. There will be no legal encumbrances once you have severed your link. There will be no relationship involving person or property once you have terminated your connection.
Thank you very much.

Can I buy a Muslim property i am a hindu

A. Hi,
Yes, a property is not limiting, and a person is not prohibited from owning a certain property merely because of his or her religious beliefs. Some people are averse to selling their property to persons of different faiths. You won't be able to purchase the land in such a case. Otherwise, there is no legal stumbling block. Just be certain there are no legal encumbrances.

A. Hi,
Order 1 Rule 1 or Order 1 Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 19081, should be studied in combination with Order 2 Rule 3 and Order 2 Rule 6. (b) if such persons launched separate lawsuits, any common question of law or fact would emerge. As a result, it is up to the court to determine whether any issue under the old litmus test would be joined.

Job termination without legal formalities & without notice period.

A. Greetings, Sir
Your boss made a mistake when he fired you without giving you any notice. Sending a legal notice to give you the notice term and income for the same period is recommended. If they do not, you have the option of filing a labor court complaint as well as civil litigation against the employer.
Thanks.

Can ancestral property provided to father through family division be given to only one son

A. Hello
According to the Hindu Law, properties can be classified into two types: an ancestral property and a self acquired property. The self-accquired and undivided property of a person's great great grandfather becomes an ancestral property. All the legal heirs have equal share in the ancestral property. Your father could give self accquired property solely to his son but cannot give the ancestral property. You could claim your share in the ancestral property.

A. hello
You could mutually talk out this with your neighbour and sub divide the land area to be the individual owners. But although you have got the property registered seperately therefore there is not much need to do so. It must have been mentioned in the registered deed regarding the same.
Thanks.

A. Hi,
Since the builder is not refunding the advance money, you need to first send him a legal notice demanding immediate repayment of the money, if they do not comply institute a suit for recovery of money from the builder.
