A. Unless you are proven guilty in a criminal case you are not a criminal and you are as good as any ordinary citizen with all your rights intact. Have you seen the politicians that with so many charges on them they win elections and become ministers. So, need to worry for your job till the final judgement is passed in the case. If the police verification for the job happens they will simply mention that a case is pending that's it and it will not impact your job.

A. Hi,
The annual household income is counted for OBC NCl, regardless of the source of income. You income should be less than 8 Lakhs annually to avail OBC NCL certificate.

Is Power of attorney valid when one of the persons who gave it died
My grandfather had a power which there legal heir gave them in 2001, now one of the legal heir died due to accident, is the power still valid?

Under Indian law, an ordinary power of attorney where the agent (attorney) has no interest in the material or has not paid any valuable consideration in respect of the material involved, the POA would extinguish upon death of the principal.

Firstly, you should send a legal notice to the builder stating your demands, and if they do not comply, then file for an injunction against the builder in a civil court. You are deemed owner of the flat as you have tax certificate and share certificate.

As per u/s 18 of the R E R A Act, 2016 you can issue alegal notice to that Builder to pay amount @ Bank rate of Interest plus 2% percent interest on the value of the property for delayed possession of your flat which is specified under the RERA Act, 2016 . You may file a case in default of non payment , before the State Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
