A. Hi,
If you could tell me your religion, I'll be able to figure out what laws apply to your property divide. Also, whether or not your father legally divorced his first wife. Furthermore, we need to establish whether your mother and father were married legally. If you are a legal heir, you will be entitled to all of the property that is lawfully yours in any circumstance. Your lawyer will make a proper family tree and understand the position of succession you would fall under.

A. Hi,
You should pursue legal action against the lenders by filing a complaint with the police commissioner and the Income-tax department. Investigate the situation; if you have any tax or other monetary obligations, it is best to resolve them.

A. Hi,
Because the employment selection is based on merit, ma'am, the termination will also be based on merit. However, according to Indian law, unilaterally terminating your service term while your absence is unlawful. Try talking to your employer and let them know the position of your income and the circumstances you are in, I am sure the employer would accommodate you.

A. Hi,
There are numerous legal intricacies that must be included in a resignation letter, but please ensure that you are resigning of your own free choice and not due to compulsion, since cutting off your income might be considered an unfair practise. Make an attempt to contact HR before making a choice.

A. Hello, you may review the contract that was handed to you at the time, as well as the duration of your appointment. The authorities cannot dismiss you from your employment without providing you enough notice. If it is done in that sequence, you can take the matter to a labour court or even sue the authorities for compensation.
Thank you very much.

A. Hello
You'll have to pay your credit card bills otherwise they have right to initiate legal proceedings against you. Better option you have is to contact the service provider as tell them regarding your situation they might agree on a lower amount payble for credit bills. Other option you have is to sort this thing out through alternate dispute resolution process.
Thanks.
