You can get issue a legal notice and file a suit for specific performance. It is to be filed within 3 years of date of sale agreement. Even unregistered sale agreements are valid as Court will impose some fine and legalize such document.

It is a very weak case for the daughter. There is no bar for the daughter to file such case but she may not succeed. Always protect your possession and take a defence that you are bonafide purchase and she must claim a share from her mother and brother as they received market value.

A. If the sale deed has been executed and registration is concluded and money has been paid, nothing is left to be done then you can just ignore this typographical mistake as this will not change the nature of the of the conveyance deed and the legal nature.

A. If you are planning to buy that site then to have the clean property you need to have the conveyance deed executed by both the son and the daughter as both of them are legally the owners of the property as per the Muslim law.

A. Hi,
She can't claim the ownership right but she can claim for the adverse possession of the property. For the possession of a property, it is not necessary to be an owner of it. If she has been living there for many years, you can approach the court and get an order for her eviction.

A. Hello
As per the law your mother have equal share in your maternal grandfather's property as your uncle does. If your Nana has left a will and gave all the property to your uncle then you couldn't do much. But if not then your mother have equal share in the property and could claim the same.

A. Hello Sir
First of all you are not allowed to get someone's personal information and neither bank would give any kind of personal information of their customer i.e. your wife. You'll have to investigate in your own capacity and find out evidences of her second marriage so that you won't have to pay maintenance and get divorced easily.

If there is a clause in the sale agreement that if the buyer fails to pay the due amount in specified time then this agreement would he terminated or if the buyer does not fullfill the conditions of the agreement. In that case yout are legally permitted to cancel thr agreement and sell the property to someone else.

A. Hello
If the agreement registration has not been done yet then you'll have to pay the increased stamp duty. The amount paid to the builder for stamp duty and stilll not done would not make any exceptions. You'll have to pay the increased stamp duty.
