A. You can do the following to recover you money from your friend after having had a detailed discussion with a lawyer;
1. File a money suit to recover your money basis the promissory note.
2. You can file a civil case to recover your money
3. You can file a cheque bounce case after presenting the cheques to your bank and if they get dishonoured.
4. Before doing all of these you can send him a legal notice through a lawyer.

A. First of all you have to take this matter with your union/association who have negotiated these terms with the management and get them renegotiated. If this works fine.
If that does not work then you are left with no choice but to file a case in high court, a writ petition, challenging this new policy as many PSU employees do when the promotion policy are changed in arbitrary manner.

A. Ask him politely to marry you otherwise there are many ways you can file case against him and put him in lots of trouble. Its not required to build a relationship in that manner but when a person takes undue advantage of a relationship then one has to do all this. You should tell him that as per law you can file a case of Rape against him for all this so, better to go for marriage and have beautiful life ahead.

A. Hi,
Without knowing your land details, you can't approach the court. You have to collect details of your land and have to get relevant documents by visiting various government departments. Then you can file a civil case for claiming your right.

A. Dekhiye isko koi nhi batayga aap ko ki notice ki kitni fees hoti hai. Ye advocate par depend karta hai ki usne apne work ke liye kitna fees fix kiya hai. Isme seniority ka bhi fark hota hai senior apne status ke anusar leta hai. But har advocate ka apna ek status hota hai jiske anusar fees fix ki jaati hai.

Aap civil court me bhi case file kar sakte hai ki mere padoshi dwara jaanbhjkar apne bathroom ka paani choda hai jis se mere makano ko nukshan ho raha hai. Aap water rukwane ke liye court me injunction suit file kare and mandatory injunction bhi court se demand kare ki mere padoshi dwara paani ko roke jaane ke aadesh parit kare isme aap compensation bhi mang sakte hai.

A. Aap ke dawara apne father ki property par apna adhikar claim kar rahe ho. Or aap ke dawra partition ka suit file kiya gya hai. Aap jab tak partition ka case final nhi hota hai tab tak aap property me rah sakte hai. Yes son aisi property me rah sakta hai.
But agar case aap ke angaist jaata hai tab aap ko is property ko khali karna hoga.

A. Iske liye aap ko advocate appoint karna hoga. Usko uske dawra batai gai fees paid karni hogi.
