A. Hello,
Your parents can informed the police Station by giving there statement and if possible you also present your affidavit before them, So that inquiry office can file the cancellation report.

Although it is evident that the tenant does not want to return, you should issue a legal notice explaining that you have taken back the repossession since he has not communicated with you for a long time. Because the store is already empty, you should take possession of it and rent it out.

A. They will give you points every year for paying annual fees which is almost equal to annual fees.
but if you still not happy then stop using the card.
Complain to bank .
File a complaint in Banking Ombudsman (It is useless in my lot of experiences)

A. if your mother's total income for year which includes the interest from the FD is less than 5 lakhs then it will not be taxable.
Bank will also ask form 15H for senior citizen.
Better invest in tax saving instruments.
