A. You can file divorce case on the ground of cruelty etc and can claim maintenance, litigation charges if you are not gainfully employed or if you does not have sufficient income.

A. Hi,
The court will only approve the revocation of gift deed u/S 23 of the Senior Citizen Act when it is convinced that it was necessary, on basis of surrounding circumstances; no matter how many times a revocation is applied for. It is upon the court to decide whether or not the revocation is based on a false premise.

It is evident from the facts told by you that he has cheated on you and tried to get close to you on the false premise of marriage. You can lodge a police complaint against him for the offence of cheating as mentioned u/S 415 of the IPC.

A. Hi,
Modern-day employment contracts have an implied buy-out clause. The organization cannot force you to serve for the entire notice period if you are willing to exercise your buy-out option.
