A. मुस्लिम शरीयत के अनुसार पति को दुसरी शादी करने के लिये पहली पत्नी की अनुमति की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है।शरीयत के अनुसार एक मुस्लिम 4 पत्नि रख सकता है।

Company won't issue the experience letter to a third person. She has to approach and ask for the duplicate.

A. Hi,
Giving 3 months prior notice before termination is a standard practice. Termination notice cannot be orally given, it has to be given in proper format and in writing. They also cannot hold your salary. Initiate legal proceedings if they don't comply to your demands, as your demands are reasonable.

A. A. If you are buying it form the Builder then there should be a registered Development Agreement between the Builder and the Land Owner, not Sale Agreement.
B. Land owner to Builder PoA & Development Agreement should be registered.
C. Builder can sign the Sale Agreement if it has a registered PoA authorizing it to do so.
