After that also they dont budge then you dont have choice but to deposit.
being public sector bank having public money, bank will take 3 months notice money from curt even if they have to spend amount more than that. So ultimately you have to pay and can not escape.

A. yes, he can file divorce and get it easily if you take back complaint now.
Also, police will not allow you to take back complaint easily.
Now you file for RCR - Restitution of Conjugal Rights if you want to continue marriage.
Once united 498A can be decided.

A. 1- She can not be forced. You can then file case of divorce on her based on court order.
2- Court will give some final order regarding visitation rights, custody. Since one girl is 10 yrs then court will ask her choice to choose you or mother.
3- no need if you dont want custody.

A. I assume property is in grandmother name.
your mother being first wife child will get 50% share in property.
50% will go to grandfather.
if property is ancestor from father side then second marriage children will also get share.
if property is grandfather self earned property then grrandfather can do anything with it and you can not get anything.
