A. you can not include rate of interest.
It is illegal to take interest without license.
you can lend the money even on 10 rs stamp paper without interest.

First give birth to baby without thinking of him and stress.
Later if he creates any problem in accepting you or baby then you can file
- 498A FIR
- DV case asking maintenance for yourself and child+ residence order + compensation

After that also they dont budge then you dont have choice but to deposit.
being public sector bank having public money, bank will take 3 months notice money from curt even if they have to spend amount more than that. So ultimately you have to pay and can not escape.
