Yes you can sign on such agreements which are legal. Through the power of attorney, the principal gives the right to the agent to act on his/her behalf. An agent's appointment will become invalid if the principal loses the capacity to make their own decisions.

Was there any rent agreement signed by you? If yes, first of all you need to check the clauses mentioned in the rent agreement that:
1. when can the rent be increased,
2. by what percentage the rent can be increased.
The scooty can not be taken by your landlord. Talk to your landlord again.
If he still does not return your scooty, you can send him a legal notice.

court only gave stay not stay on investigation.
Investigation can continue and police have to do their job.
you already asked that they not filed chargesheet after 6 months.
police have to take approval for delay from court.
the reason police can also give is you not cooperating in investigation.

A. Hi,
You should first take a look at the property documents and determine who is the owner of the house. If it is in your grandfather's name then you can get a property loan. If it is in the aunt's name, you will have to talk to a lawyer and see whom the property was supposed to go to after her death.

speak to your wife and sort out the matter. having a separate kitchen is not a big issue. if your wife is abusive in any way towards your parents your mother can file a domestic violence case aganist her.
