As per the latest judgement of the Supreme Court, daughters have an equal right in ancestral property. You can file a claim for your share in the property and also raise an issue in regard that no consent was taken from you while dividing the property.

Since the insurance company is not following the order given you can file a suit against the insurance company in the High Court.

A. According to law your sister have no claim in your house. But you have to prove will in court. Go to your district court and file a case for succession certificate. When you got certificate from court you both means you and your brother are legal owner of that house .

A. Dear you go to your hostel and ask for your belongings. And record the scene hiddenly from your mobile phone. If they still refuse, immediately call 100 number and complaint that they steal your personal belongings. Police definitely help you. If your hostel owner ask for rent in front of police tell them I m unable to pay rent right now. Don't worry rent matter is civil nature and your hostel owner doesn't have any right to forfeiture your belongings with following legal recourse
