According to general principle, the Company cannot reject the policy at belated stage. There are clear guidelines of Waiting Periods, Free Look Periods by the IRDA, and this is in violation of them all. A. You need to act immediately. You have to send legal notice within 30 days of cheque bounce. You have a good case, as goods were provided by you, you will receive amount back with interest.
