There's no provision in law that you become can claim a title to the property on the bases of paying corporation/municipal taxes. Once a partition deed is registered, each claimer has their own right in their share portion. Go to the website of RERA and lodge a complaint online. You don't have to mention any section, just mention your grievances, relief and compensation amount and the name of the builder.
