Hello sir, I want to sell products on Amazon, and other Ecommerce stores. They just require tax information to get started, GSTIN number. I have options to start as a Sole properiter, OPC , LLP , Pvt Ltd. I don't want to invest much amount of money in the beginning because I am new to all these things, and I want to get incorporated after I am a little bit knowledgeable on how to do this business. However, I came to know about the SPICe act by the government and I have no idea about it. Also, What worries me is the unlimited liability thing as a sole properiter, I am really very confused, please help me out. Should I apply for a GST number as a sole properiter or start an OPC first and then do this?

A. Dear client, No if you start a prop concern but necessary to get GST NO.. However,For details, contact some advocate through vidhikarya.com

How to protect agrigold agents from depositors thrash?
Hi Sir I work for a small firm and we were approached by a big company to tie up with them. The agreement was I was supposed to pay them commission for each lead they offer. The agreement (draft copy) was shared via emails and we were asked to do the franking of the same. Before we could sign the same, we were asked to take up the lead and things went awry. Now the company is threatening to sue me. In one of the emails I had mentioned that I accept and please proceed. Will this be treated as acceptance of agreement eventhough I have not signed it. Please advise. Thanks Cynthia

A. 1. According to Sec. 65 of Indian Evidence act, digital evidences are valid proof in court of law. 2. For better opinion, share me the document.

Hi. A few months ago my colleagues contacted me saying they have joined a business venture which is related to e-commerce, buying and selling of products. They approached me by saying that a position is available at the company and they would want to freeze that position for me, I was neither informed about the company nor the job role, since I trusted them, I transferred 1,50,000 into my colleague's account. They revealed the name of the company later, along with what the job entitles, there were a lot of negatives with both the company as well as the job offered. Therefore I refused to sign any documents related to it. When I asked my money back on the same day the money was deposited, he mentioned that he had already paid the amount to the company. Is there a way to get back the money, what kind of lawyer am I supposed to approach? Any answer would be helpful. Thanks!

A. 1. If you issue legal notice then they would would issue reply notice. This would go on and go on. 2. I suggest you to hire a lawyer and file police complaint under charges of cheating, forgery ... etc., 3. Once the FIR is filed against the person then he would come for settlement.

i got married 1 year ago.we are not living together for past 6 months.i hv some jwellery of her in my home.actually i did take gold loan with that for my education with her consent but recently i hv refunded loan and took the gold from bank because i dont hv any proof of her consent.i am fearing she wl file 498a or 406. so what should i do of that stridhan. 1)should i give notice to her to take return ur things or should i keep quite and let her ask for her things? 2)does bank hv any proof that her same jwellery was kept for loan i.e.some photos of that jwellery?

A. Dear Sir, My answers are as follows: 1)should i give notice to her to take return ur things or should i keep quite and let her ask for her things? Ans: Get issue a legal notice calling upon her to join you and enjoy the marital life and in that legal notice state that you are ready to return back her gold items which she left in your house. 2)does bank hv any proof that her same jwellery was kept for loan i.e.some photos of that jwellery? Ans: No, issue another legal notice bank not to share any information about pledging of gold ornaments with any third party including your wife. For necessary legal notices you may call upon me.
