When an ancestral property is divided among the surviving coparceners/legal heirs equally and the individual share is released by the concerned legal heirs in favour of other legal heirs with a declaration that he or she bequeathed his right and titles of share of the ancestral property by a registered deed of release or gift, he or she cannot revoke his or her right back in respect of property belongs to his father. A. Dear Client,
In case it is a housing complex run by a registered Society, then you bring the matter to the notice of the society for a resolution in the matter or in case of failure on the part of society to resolve the issue you can bring the matter to the notice of the Registrar of Society inviting his intervention into the matter for appropriate resolution in the matter.

A. Dear Client,

A registered society is governed by its Byelaws that specify the rights and responsibilities of the resident member of the society. A fraction of member residents can not protest a decision taken on a majority of votes in the duly convened executive meeting to protect the common interest of the resident members. In the prevailing situation, you may bring the matter to the notice of the Registration Authority for a resolution in the matter, failing which you may serve a notice to th ...ReadMore

A. Dear Client,
From the query, it appears that your brother has executed a Will for bequeathing his self-acquired property to you. A will becomes effective after the death/expiry of the owner/testator. Your brother being the owner of the self-acquired property can transfer the said property to anybody as per his choice and without the consent of others by revoking his earlier Will which was made in your fabour. Hope the matter stands clarified.

A. Dear Client,
Whenever any outstanding remains unpaid against your credit Bank/FI takes a routine course of action prescribed under relevant laws for recovery of debt lying outstanding against you. Both Supreme Court and Regulatory Authority, RBI issued orders/advisories refraining Banks/FI strictly from taking any coercive or forceful action deploying the recovery agents to recover the dues from the defaulter loanee. Being a defaulter of a loan, in case you are getting such kind of threat call ...ReadMore

A. Dear Client,
Once the EMI against a loan is not repaid for consecutive 3 times by the borrower for any reason whatsoever, it is treated as NPA. Accordingly, Bank sends notice to Borrower asking him/her for repayment of the entire dues lying against your loan offering suitable terms. In the absence of any response for the Borrower, they started the routine process of action prescribed under relevant laws for recovery of debt lying outstanding against the Borrower and the Guarantor. You can make ...ReadMore

A. Dear Client,
This leave type is called Earned Leave because you 'earn' these leaves for days worked and are treated as paid leave. The EL leave type is typically used by employees for personal reasons. As per Industrial Dispute Act, all the workers/employees must be given 1 day for every 20 completed days of work. Accordingly, as per year of total 313 working days, about 15 or 16 days of leave is earned by an employee/workman. The company/Employer cannot treat it as unpaid and denied its encashm ...ReadMore
