If the Agent has told that the tuition fee will be withdrawn within 8-12 weeks and it has still not processed how can we file a case on that agent?

If you are a girl then nobody can question your hairstyle. You may go to High Court and file a Writ Petition or PIL against such institution and array the above professor as second Respondent to get appropriate orders and some punishment will be given to that professor for giving lesser marks out of grudge.

It is common to allege such false facts in the petitions. Judges are more intelligent and experienced to do justice to the husbands. You just approach High Court and see that the said DV proceedings are quashed. You may attend counseling before High Court counseling centre and not at family counseling centre.
