A. 1) If you are currently working somewhere then try to stay in sharing accommodation/ Hostel etc
2) As you are above 18 years you are free to decide where to stay & even the family cannot force you to stay with them
3) In case you are planning to leave the house & stay in some company accommodation/ hostel etc. give online intimation to the police station & do mention that the family is torturing you.

A. 1) Regarding the calculation of OBC income it is currently 8 Lakhs per annum so if you're totally family income is above 8 lakh rupees on official note, then you are NOT eligible for any OBC non creamy layer certificate...
2) Also you have not mentioned what was the annual income of your lawyer father and what is the salary slip of your mother..... so it is difficult figure out whether you fall into the OBC creamy layer norms.
