A. Hi,
The best way to settle this issue is to hire a local lawyer in Rajasthan to appear on your behalf. In that case you do not to personally go there and dispose off the case. The challan has to be disposed off in the jurisdiction of the court in which it was issued.
If you like my answer, please rate me.

A. Dear Client,
Yes, you can file for divorce under Desertion as you and your wife are not living together of 2 continuous years and it is a valid ground for divorce in family court. Your divorce can filed under the same Religious personal law in which your marriage was solemnised.
Thank You.

You may try it but your service will be in danger. You may receive show cause notices on false allegations. You mus twice before raising such issues with your department and employer. You may wait for some more time or just file polite representations.

A. Dear Sir,
It may be registered cunningly or stealthily but if opposite party brings to the notice of Court/Tribunal then it will be dismissed with your cost. At your risk you may file it and proceed.

A. hello
There would be no problem to your job because of your conversion of religion from Hinduism to Christanity. But in case if you belong to any reserved category then after coversion you'll not be able to avail the benefits of belonging to that category. As far as your job is considered you won't be having any problem.
Thanks.

A. You need to get in touch with the right person in the organization to find out what is the reason for the delay or write to them with representation or file an OA in the AFT after having a discussion with a good lawyer as and when you can.

A. See as per the general rule a dependent family member which includes even unmarried daughters are eligible to family pension and one has to look into the rule book of the Chhattisgarh Govt. College Pension Rules. I am sure the father as a spouse must be eligible for the family pension and he should apply for the same. In case they reject the application then file a writ petition by hiring a lawyer in chhattisgarh high court

A. Both giving and taking of bribe is illegal and crime. If your brother has given bribe to get a job then there is no way you can go and knock the door of court and ask to get it back as you can not plead as a right for a wrongful act done by you.

Section 171 B of IPC describes what is bribery.
Section 171B in The Indian Penal Code; Bribery.—
