A. Dear Client,
Migration do not play any role in deciding whether you belong to OBC non- creamy layer or not. It generally depend on your father's income or his work position in governmental/ private institution. So once the certificate is issued it cannot be cancelled due to shifting to other place.

A. Go to Municipal body of your area or the jurisdictional civic body if it is not a city such as Panchayat or Tehsildar office and file an RTI and pay nominal fees and take receipt along with you and go to the concerned official again and ask him to show all documents pertaining to that particular project. It will be a huge file of papers pertaining to all the permissions etc and even building plan with blue print map you will find therein. Thank you.

The best way to settle this issue is to hire a local lawyer in Rajasthan to appear on your behalf. In that case you do not to personally go there and dispose off the case. The challan has to be disposed off in the jurisdiction of the court in which it was issued.

There would be no problem to your job because of your conversion of religion from Hinduism to Christanity. But in case if you belong to any reserved category then after coversion you'll not be able to avail the benefits of belonging to that category.
