Sir I have been fired by the company without any prior notice. And now not giving me the difference between notice pay and my one year salary. Also not giving me reliving letter what should I do.

your legal right here has been infringed and you can claim the same by send a legal notice to the employer for breach of contract and gross misconduct but all companies or employers are mandatorily to give a period of minimum one month notice prior termination unless the termination is done based on the misconduct and bad behavior of the employee itself
