A. Dear client kindly file affidavit and publish into official gazzette for name change.but you can not change your name completely.this procedure only for errors or speling mistakes. you can not change your caste but you can change your religion.

A. It is private nuisance and you are entitled to get it vacated. issue notice to people concerned making Society 2nd party. If they don`t react and remove it, claim damages in a civil court. Also lodge a police complaint alleging their act as intentional.
