pension papers of a retired government servant be used to verify identity of children or establish family linkage between parents and children? Is it admissible in the court of law?

A. Why you want to rely on pension documents for building up identity of children? How is this possible for admission in court? How such types of ideas come up in your mind? what is the matter and why are you pressing on such documents. Birth certificates are enough for admission in court.
