A. Hi,
When read together, Sections 13, 14, and 34 of the Arms Act give the licensing authority the right to determine the application whenever they want. Since several considerations must be weighed, there is no contractual requirement on the authorities to determine the application within a specified time frame. You should file an application yourself and ask for excuses for the delay. Also, you have the choice to approach the courts for remedy.

A. Hi,
School management is independent to fix their tuition fee. They are not legally bound to disclose the fee breakup. You can complain with the DC office if you feel that fee is unreasonably high.

Your job may get suspended if you get convicted under this case and all allegations are proved to be true against you. You have to prove your part that allegations are false with the help of witnesses and other proofs. You can also file for anticipatory bail and should abide the conditions given in that. Make sure you bail doesn't get rejected. You will be able to save your job if you able to prove your part.
