A. Hi,
You will have to verify your PAN and PF number with your company's HR, they will guide you through the process.
If the company has closed, you can approach the Company Law Tribunal for the next course of action.

Obtain a certified copy of the death certificate. It is a requirement in several states.
Draft a new deed that names you as the property owner. The new deed should include your name and address, the name and address of the decedent, the address or location of the property, the parcel number, if any, and a description of the property.
