Respected sir, please let me know whether Hon. Supreme Court May start legal proceedings in the case of a letter-PIL (already accepted by SC), in the situation of non- appearance of the Petitioner or any Advocate on behalf ?
I was Petitioner in person in my case and said in court that I would like to withdraw my case in court hearing, do I have to file application under order 23 rule of read with 151 or my case is over or is there any other formality which I have to do.

Yes, you have to file a petition under order 23 rule read with 151 inorder to withdraw your case.

What is exact meaning of term "Due for admission" (in pre-admission stage)

A. Due for admission means that your case is in the process of being admitted and Admission is pending.

Despite my good academic record my college stopped me from giving the examinations which were held the previous year dec to this year jan.. I would like to know if i csn sue them and how..

A. You have two options to go ahead with this matter

1. File a writ petition and fight it out OR ELSE
2. Talk to the appropriate authority who has the control over such matters [The head of the Dept] or the [V.C.]
