A. Dear Client,

For availing of an education loan you need not to seek advice from an Advocate. An education loan is processed and sanctioned by a Bank in compliance of their standing policy and procedure subject to the eligibility of the borrower. So, you need to speak with the concerned Bank from where you like to avail of the education loan for detailed information with regard loan and follow the procedure if are eligible for the same.

A. Dear client,

If the terms of your loan agreement state that you must absolutely pay the EMI no matter what conditions, read the agreement to see what options exist to break this or what penalty you might have to pay. If it is a small co-operative society bank where you can try and negotiate with the bank personnel, you can also pursue this course of action

A. Dear client,

There seems to be slight confusion as your question cuts off halfway, but assuming it is regarding your bank account being put under a freeze after a fraud transaction, it is done officially by the authorities to prevent criminals from withdrawing cash they have siphoned off of your account

A. Dear Client,

Merchant Discount Rate or MDR is the rate (processing fee) charged to a merchant (seller or service provider) to assist the transactions made via credit or debit cards. This fee is typically between 1%-3% of the overall amount. You can represent your complaint against the concerned Bank for charging higher MDR to the Higher authority of the Bank and to the Grievance Cell of RBI through online mode to resolve the matter.

A. Dear Client,

While I sympathize with the plight you have to face at this age to resolve a crisis caused by default. It may be noted that when a fraudulent transaction of money is held or come to notice, a written complaint is required to be made to the concerned Bank, endorsing a copy of the same to the Cyber Cell of Police and the local Police Station. In case the Local Police Station denied to lodge your complaint, you should immediately post the matter to the DSP/ASP concerned with recorded ...ReadMore

A. Dear Client,

Once a criminal prosecution is launched against an employee, all the terms of employment were kept in abeyance till the acquittal of the employee from the criminal charge by the Court. Accordingly, your promotion and other benefits are kept in abeyance for the same reason. Even any NOC is not issued to the employee whose criminal case is under trial. A. Dear Client,

Once a bank loan is declared NPA, a routine process is adopted by the Bank for recovery of debt lying outstanding against NPA. Have you raised your grievance ever before the concerned Bank informing their deficiency in the collection of 2nd installment of the loan from CGTMSE that increases the interest on the loan under NPA, If not made till now, make an application to the Bank on this point and if any response to your complaint is not received or received an unsatisfactory respo ...ReadMore
