icon fintech startup legal requirements

what are the legal requirements to start a neobank with the partnership of a traditional bank like hdfc bank or icici bank?? Are there any licensing requirements to start this business??

A. Dear Sir,
There are 10 neo banks in India currently, and a couple of more are in the process of entering the market. ICICI Bank took the lead in the segment and partnered with three neo banks: Free, Instant Pay, and Yelo. The profit margins of neo banks are slim, and the regulators are encouraging more entrants and competition.

A. Dear Sir,
You immediately approach High Court and get a stay on such investigation if your bankers not lodged any complaint. Primarily that guy given consent and it will be deemed consented for further loans. Police cannot register such case on the complaint of private person unless bank itself lodge a complaint as transaction took place in the Bank.

A. Hi,
You can file a criminal defamation complaint against the individual who slandered your name. In Indian law, criminal defamation is specifically defined as a crime under section 499 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). It is strongly suggested that you settle your due balance before charging the individual.
Thank you very much. Please give the answer a rating.

A. Hi,
According to the definition, default is the failure to repay a debt, including interest or principal, on a loan or security. A default can occur when a borrower is unable to make timely payments, misses payments, or avoids or stops making payments. Therefore if there was a non payment of due then it would be considered to be default.

A. Dear Sir,
It seems to be a personal loan and they have no authority to come over to your house for recovery the same since house is not mortgaged. It is a purely personal loan and they have to take a decree from civil Court or Arbitrator. Just ignore their calls and be thick skinned.

icon What action credit card company can take for non payment?

If i have not paid for credit card outstanding amount. Last 1 year to till date. Also i have not made any Settlement with bank. So what legal action do the credit card company.

A. Dear Sir,
Be informed that it is a purely personal loan and not secured. At the most they can go to the Civil Court or put a case before a Arbitrator and get a decree or award. On the basis of such decree or award they can attach your movables. If you are not intelligent they may also arrest you. But, arrest in civil cases happen only when you refuse to pay having sufficient funds.

A. Hi.Lodge a missing FIR with the local police and then with a copy of that FIR go to the Bank and request them to issue a duplicate bond to you so that you can redeem the bond when you need otherwise you loose all your investment. The bank may ask you to make an affidavit, if they do so then have an affidavit done for the same.
Kindly rate my ans *****, thanks
