A. Dear Client, was there any agreement? Also, as per the PDC that he has given, did it bounce when you tried to realise it? I f yes then you can file a case against him under section 138 or Negotiable Instruments act, and you as a lender can approach the court and file a civil suit for recovery of money or a criminal suit for fraud/ breach of an agreement.
