The appellant might file an appeal in court by attaching the application for condonation of delay claiming acceptable reason if the time limit for submitting an application or appeal in court has expired.

A. As soon as court starts working , you have to appear and take bail.
otherwise court will issue arrest warrant.
You have to fight case but dont worry, you can win it.

A. First check if cheque is valid or not because lot of banks merged.
if it is valid cheque and you can deposit the cheque and sometimes people get lucky and cheque gets clear.
If cheque bounces then you can initiate cheque bounce.

A. Firstly you may approach a good local lawyer to send a legal notice. If he fails to make the payment within 30 days of receiving the notice you may immediately file 138 cheque bounce case against him.

A. 1 year is not problem. 3 year is limitation.
also courts are not counting lockdown and pandemic time.
