A. Hi,
Usually, a civil suit when filed in the case of a dishonor of cheque is for the recovery of the money. While a criminal suit pushes the defaulter to be punished, it doesn’t necessarily result in the recovery of the dues. Therefore, two simultaneous pleas are maintainable. A. should be paid after you get some of your cash in hand so do not worry and send them a legal notice for mental harassment from an advocate.

1. File a money recovery suit against him, the police will help you locate him.
2. A suit can also be filed against the company.
3. Yes, and also a complaint for fraud and cheating under Sections 415 and 420 IPC.

A. Hi,
He can be punished under your state's Money Lenders Act. It is a punishable offence to lend money for commercial gain without a license.
You can also complain to the police about fraud and cheating under Sections 415 and 420 IPC.

A. Hi,
You will have to file an execution petition against them after the decree is passed. The Court will pass the order and then the police can recover the amount if they refuse to pay.
